TEZULAS‘s trades are construction and construction engineering. The assignments are defined in line with the client’s objective.
In collaboration with the Architect of our team or preferably in association with the Architect approved by the client the Engineer defines solidity, comfort equipment and safety installations.
The engineer, together with the cost controller, ensures that works are executed within budget and deadline while demanding the required quality and performances. He takes into account or proposes technical innovations in the field of construction engineering, to meet the client`s needs or to allow an architectural expression.
He co-ordinates all intervening parties that are necessary to carry out a project.
